A company's reputation among prospective hires and present
workers is known as employer brand. Attracting top people can be greatly
impacted by developing a strong employer brand
- Highlight the mission, values, and culture of the business on website, in employee testimonials, and on social media.
- Emphasize the advantages, incentives, and chances for professional growth available to employees.
- Provide opportunities for current employees to talk about their great experiences working for the company in order to foster employee advocacy.
When considering the education industry in Sri Lanka, there are different organizations all over the country named as American National College, ESOFT Metro Campus, Nawaloka College of Higher Education, First Friends, American College of Higher Education, CINEC, SLIIT and etc. The above mentioned and non-mentioned all the institutes tries to maintain their employer brand in order to become the pioneer in the Education Industry.
2. Utilize Multiple Recruitment Channels
It's critical to use a range of recruitment channels in order
to connect with a wide pool of excellent talent
- Professional networking sites and online job forums like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor
- Use social media sites like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to interact with candidates and advertise job openings
