On the other hand, an organization may face a variety of issues as a result of inadequate leadership training (Day & V, 2011).

Improve Bottom-Line Performance

Performance on the bottom line is the main driver of motivation for most organizations. But team members are frequently unorganized, incompetent, and unmotivated in the absence of strong leadership.

If employers are helping the employees to grow and improve their skills, there’s a high possibility of retaining them for a long time.

Close Skill Gaps Between Employees

Many employees lack critical leadership, management, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are crucial for success in the workplace, especially recent graduates.

Fortunately, inexperienced workers without leadership abilities can turn into leaders quite rapidly and will find it easier to bridge skill gaps with more experienced leaders with the help of an appropriate leadership development plan (Aden, 2023).
